When I was a kid I took pictures of my grandparents and the Swiss mountains. Later, shy, I would make contact with girls by inviting them for a portrait session. Sweet, maybe, and also a quite fundamental act, not much different than what I have been doing in my artistic life:

What touches me
I want to touch through my lens
so it can touch others.

I graduated at the Rietveld academy in Amsterdam in 1990. 2018 my business collapsed, a burnout helped in that process. It was painful, and also a blessing. There are so many amazing photographers around, I am taking a break, finding out how to proceed.
